SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped within 7 - 10 business days after purchase date.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an e-mailed message confirming your order shipment and given the order tracking number. To track your order, select the hyperlink provided within the email.
NO REFUNDS
Store credit only within 3 days.
Store Credit/Exchange Requirements:
- All items must be returned in same condition they were sent. They must not be worn, have any smell, soiled in any way, marked, or damaged.
- All tags MUST be attached to the garment and in perfect resale condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet our exchange policy standards.
- In the event that the returned item does not meet our inspection standards upon our retrieval, you will not receive the store credit.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No exchanges/store credit on international orders.
***NOTE: It's very important that you include your original packing slip inside of the package when you send out your return. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
